Welcome to Nice Cleaning at getnice.ca. By accessing or using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Get Nice Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services across the Greater Vancouver Area. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline service for any reason.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the case of emergencies or hazardous conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments‍

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Liability

We are fully insured and trained to handle cleaning professionally. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Items not securely fastened or in fragile condition
• Pet-related messes not disclosed in advance

6. Use of Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that could harm Nice Cleaning or others. All content on the site is the property of Nice Cleaning and may not be copied or used without permission.
